It’s not every day a multiple award-winning artiste acknowledges you and then goes one better and applauds you before thousands of fans.

Apparently Olamide, Phyno and Ice Prince have found a solid fan in M.I and the rap legend is not hesitant in stating it.

M.I was generous with his praise and more when he breezed into Solid FM Enugu for a quick chat in preparation for the first stage of Star Music Trek 2014, which held in Nsukka on March 29^th 2014. 

“Olamide, Phyno and Ice Prince are the future of hip hop,” the rap star affirmed.

They’ve evolved from a long generation of artistes who have made a massive difference in the Nigerian music industry ….Eedris Abdulkareem, Eldee, Modenine, Ruggedman, Killz, IllBliss, Dagrin…  

“Truly, they are the next step in the evolution of everything,” M.I stressed.
