Lagos’ Got Talent to Produce Next Set of Superstar Entertainers at One Lagos Fiesta

As part of activities for 2016 One Lagos Fiesta, aspiring artists and upcoming performers will get a once-in-a-lifetime chance to perform on the big stage, win amazing prizes, while also winning over hearts of millions of Lagosians in the Lagos Got Talent competition. 

Starting with auditions holding for 3 days, simultaneously in 5 locations across Lagos State – Epe, Ikorodu, Agege/Ikeja, Badagry and Victoria Island, the regional auditions will produce a total of 50 talents. The eventual 10 finalists will battle it out with individual performances at the grand finale on New Year’s Eve. Lagos Got Talent 

The winner will be rewarded with valuable prizes as well as a well-deserved time in the limelight, while all participants get an extraordinary opportunity to take first steps onto the path of successful careers in entertainment. 

Registration for Lagos Got Talent has commenced and the contest is open to everyone with a gift for music, dance, comedy, poetry, acrobatics, and any other performance art form. Interested talents are required to register via the official Lagos Got Talent page on www.onelagosfiesta.ng (online registration closes on Wednesday, December 14th) or on site at the designated audition centres located across the state, where auditions commence on Thursday, December 15th: 

1. Ikeja – Multipurpose hall of Eko FM, Agidingbi Ikeja. 
2. Badagry – Divisional Information Office, Lugard’s House along the Badagry Marina. 
3. Ikorodu – Divisional Information Office, Ikorodu, 1, Oriwu Street, Ita Elewa. 
4. Lagos Island – City Hall, Lagos Island. 
5. Epe – Divisional Information Office, Epe, Chartlet Road, beside Lagos High Court, Oke-Oyinbo, Epe. 

As Lagosians look forward to 500 hours of fun and entertainment in the 2016 One Lagos Fiesta, with over 40 concerts in 8 days of celebratory count down to 2017, it is expected that by the new year, some brand new stars would have been discovered who will take their craft to the world and give Olamide, Falz, Ycee, Gbenga Adeyinka, Kaffy and other A-list performers a good run for their money.
