Wizkid on BBC Radio’s 1Xtra Live 2012

BBC Radio 1Xtra is a digital radio station in the United Kingdom from the BBC specialising in contemporary Hip Hop and RnB, with serious emphasis on live music and supporting new UK acts.

Typical music includes largely British and North American hip hop, grime, bassline, garage, dubstep, drum and bass, UK funky, dancehall, soca, reggae, gospel music, bhangra and R&B.
The 1Xtra Live was Launched on August 16, 2002 and has featured the likes of Jay Sean, Akon, Kelly Rowland, Dizzee Rascal, JLS, Tinie Tempah, Taio Cruz and more.

This year Wizkid joined top international acts such as, Trey Songz, Tulisia, Kendrick Lamar and Angel to perform at the 1Xtra Live concert.
