NIGERIAN IDOL AUDITION BRINGS INTERNATIONAL ACT BACK HOME

After a successful career in the United Kingdom, a Nigerian make-up artiste returned home for an opportunity to be the Voice of Tomorrow at the Nigerian Idol Lagos auditions.

Born in Nigeria, raised in the United Kingdom, Adebola Adeyoye popularly known as V.E.R.A (Voice Every Race Accepts), decided to come back to her roots to showcase her vocal talent through the Nigerian Idol platform.

“I have studied a lot of people in the industry like Tiwa Savage and Omawunmi, and I believe I have what it takes to get to where they are today,” said a confident Vera.

Singing ‘Big White Room’ by Jesse J, Vera stole the hearts of the judges with her soulful and very professional version of the song. “I am just going to affirm that you have been the best voice here today and give you a golden ticket,” said an impressed Dede.
