“I did NOT sing Only Me because of Mikel Obi” 2Face Idibia Insists

There have been previous insinuations that hit song, Only Me, from prolific artiste was a direct hit at Chelsea footballer, Mikel Obi with the track’s deep lyrics apparently striking a few listeners closer to the truth.

The artiste opened up on the rumour during his performance at the fifth stage of Star Music Trek, which held in Orlu, Imo State. on April 26^th 2014.

“I know some people have been saying I sang this song because of Mikel Obi, I just want to clear the air on this-I didn't. I didn't sing this song because of him.” 2Face emphasized.

The legendary musician who has been touring various cities with his live band on the popular pan Nigerian music tour, Star Music Trek, performed the hit song, which also happens to be an extremely popular favourite with fans.

Well this throws up an even greater mystery; if 2Face didn't sing Only Me ‘for’ Mikel Obi, who, if anybody, is the song directed at?

Fans of 2Face will have wait for the Grand finale of Star Music Trek on May 31^st to watch the exciting singer perform again.
