Nigeria’s leading media and public relations agency on Tuesday 5th August 2014, announced the launch of thefirst and only PR mobile application in Nigeria.

The exclusive launch, which held at the BlackHouse Media’s Head Office at Ikeja Lagos, welcomed a host of distinguished media and prominent guests in the industry.

The interactive app was conceptualized and designed by an expert team of BHM software and content developers in Nigeria. The BHM app presents great opportunities to help journalists, bloggers, PR practitioners, agencies, and clients do their jobs better, using resources from the media directory, agencies database, news hub, social PR, news and tips and workshop videos.

Describing the innovative first-of-its-kind app, BlackHouse Media CEO, Ayeni Adekunle said: “The App is an experiment, done 100% in-house. Our future as PR agencies in Nigeria depends on how well we adapt to changes. We want to make sure that if the terrain changes we can also play in that terrain.”

He also added: "The BHM App is a tool all stakeholders will find useful and it's BHM's own humble contribution to the industry in Nigeria and the continent as a whole."

Also speaking at the launch, PRCAN President Chido Nwakanma congratulated the Agency on this initiative and  noted:  “It is a selfless contribution to the industry at large. We need to have more of these kind of initiatives among members. Well done to the BHM team.”
