PHOTOS: Governor Fashola Flags Off 2014 Lagos Countdown

Governor Babatunde Fashola, last night at Eko Atlantic City officially kicked off this year’s Festival of Lights ceremony to flag-off the annual Lagos Countdown with the lighting up of the entire bar beach stretch with colourful fairy lights.

Other dignitaries present at the event include HRM Oba Akiolu of Lagos, LASAA MD, George Noah and Kufre Ekanem Corporate Affairs Adviser of Nigerian Breweries.

Lagos Bar Beach also houses Star Beer Village, site of world record-breaking Star Bottle Tree, which was made with 8,000 Star beer bottles!
